About Brian Walch
For 25 years, I helped grow an IT consulting firm from 20 to over 200 people, expanding from a single office to seven. Along the way, I worked with small businesses, public agencies, and large organizations on projects to transform operations, implement enterprise systems, and build high-performing teams.
As a leader in recruiting and HR, I saw firsthand how success always came down to one thing: the manager. When managers led well, teams thrived and work flowed. When they struggled, projects stalled, people left, and progress ground to a halt.
I realized that my greatest impact wasn’t in building technical systems, but in empowering managers to lead more effectively and providing them with the tools, vision, and support they need to succeed. When managers grow in confidence and capability, the entire organization performs better.
